Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are much too busy working on your site or developing your apps, you scarcely have enough time to monitor what is happening with your VPS – whether it is overloading or if all the services are running properly. With our Managed Services solution, we will take care of this on your behalf. Your VPS server will be included in our custom server monitoring system and whenever there’s a sign of a trouble, our sysadmins will be warned momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your hosted content is vital – you never know when something can go wrong. And with the Managed Services solution, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your entire VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to set up or configure anything. Furthermore all the backups are stored on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disks. This means that your hosted content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you’d like your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure particular software on it. And if this may seem like something too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Managed Services package, is the best thing for your needs. Using it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our well–trained sysadmins who will install any software package or fix any issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With our KVM VPS Plans, it’s an optional feature.
