A: If your present hosting provider can no longer match the demands of your site, or when you go through continuous downtime, or if you are made to wait for hours for the client service team to reply back to you, it may be a clever idea to change your hosting provider, i.e. to transfer all the files for your sites along with your databases from your current provider to your new provider. At Suainuai Hosting, we are aware that this can often be hard & time–consuming. That’s the reason why we will accomplish all that for you for free!Our skilled technical team reps will transfer your website content from your current web hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got a lot of experience with web site migration and can handle anything – from a customary WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven site, to an extremely elaborate, custom–made web app.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time interval, since there are plenty of variables, including the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our very best to migrate your website within 48h, and in some cases – within 24h (when the content is not large).

A: We’ll need the login information for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the website’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose pretty much the same info you have provided to your current hosting provider. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which describes how private information is used.

A: Your web site will continue to work just like it did before with your previous hosting provider. After we have completed the transfer, your web site will be configured to work on our system and we will alert you to preview it. If it is working correctly, all you will need to do is edit the NS records for your domain. Your site will be migrated to us with no downtime.

A: While we move your website content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Essentially, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
